Interview
The interview itself was fine, but it would have been nice to be informed I didn't get the role. But this experience was somewhat better than the last interview with NG I had over the summer, which isn't saying much. I was called on Friday for an interview the following Monday, which was fine.
I don't understand ghosting candidates. It seems to be the trend - especially in these larger organizations. Being an HR pro, I spend a lot of time sitting in meetings about candidate experience and trying to recruit candidates - maybe you should consider giving candidates the common courtesy of letting them know they didn't get the position. Keep in mind we are typically taking PTO or having to work overtime to make up the time. Have the common courtesy to let people know you are passing on candidacy. But that is the second time I have been ghosted by NG. I should have learned.

Interview
Was done via teams but interviewer did not turn on camera, asked for specific situations relating to the position. Very professional, but not “conversational.” Was not “warm” at all. Did not hear back after interview, requested a status update a week later. No response.
