Interview
Had a phone screen with the recruiter who was extremely professional and kept me updated. I received a call from the recruiter personally letting me know they had gone with another candidate further along in the process as they wanted to fill the position by the end of the year. She was extremely gracious and shared that they liked my background and experience and hoped I would be open to consideration for several similar positions opening up in Q1 2020.
Among the most professional recruiters I've ever worked with, and it reflects extremely well on NG's brand and reputation. Would definitely consider another similar position.

Interview approach and standards were confused and felt like a run around. After 5-6 rounds of interview follow on conversations with the hiring team, I was asked if I would consider a demotion opportunity that required relocation. Little to no follow up along the way. No closeout discussion for the actual position I applied and interviewed for.
