Interview
Applied in November 2019; Phone Interview in January 2020 followed by an in-person interview in February. Waited 2 months with no feedback from HR on my status. I emailed the hiring manager to then be told I was not selected. You can check online however, your status is never correct and is useless to the applicant. Do not waste your time with their online applicant portal- you will get false information. Extremely dissapointed with how Northrop Grumman communicates to professionals.

Interview
Entire process took 6 weeks. Applied in early Jan and got an email from a recruiter two weeks later for a video interview with two engineering managers. The video interview was scheduled a week later. Received an offer after 2 weeks. No other interviews besides the one video interview.
Interview was mostly based on my work experiences and behavioral questions around them. No technical questions since they said they would train you on-site anyway. Interviewers gave very positive and visible feedback and were very nice.
