I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Roy, UT) in Jun 2020
Interview
I interviewed with a Chief Engineer supporting the new GBSD program out of Roy, Utah. He talked about the company culture, type of work needed to support the new program, and asked a few behavioral questions, along with some "open-ended" questions about the type of career I wished to pursue. This was great because I was able to really talk about my interests, how my skillset and past experiences would contribute to a Northrop team, and also mentioned extracurriculars such as attending professional engineering conferences on behalf of the company. Pay attention to what the question is asking, they may sometimes seem somewhat "broad" but really hone in and tie that into your skillsets, abilities, and what you bring to the table as it pertains to the role.
