Met recruiter at a networking event. Interview happened a week or so after. Offer came in a week-ish after the interview. Didn't give a lot of time to decide, but I asked for an extension and they gave it.

What's something from your previous experiences that you can bring to this position?
There was a short video call with a hiring manager. They were very friendly, mostly walked through your resume, asked you some behavioral based questions, and asked about you (hobbies, school, etc).
Amazing process, smooth and recruiter scheduled them very well. Definitely have your resume known inside and out. The technicals were medium difficulty, Be as well spoken as you can, iterate your points clearly.
