I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Redondo Beach, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I passed through an on-campus interview first, couple of technical questions and behavioral type questions. Then a few weeks later, I got a random call from the hiring manager and he made me do a very long, difficult technical interview on the spot. It was ruthless. I really did not like the guy and the way he asked me all the questions. And they didn't even bother to schedule the interview before hand, I had to walk out of class to take the call.
