I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Nov 2020
Interview
I was contacted to have a 30 minute phone interview, where I was first told about the team I was interviewing for, and then we went over my resume and I was asked a few behavioral questions throughout it.
Very laid back, 2 senior engineering managers asked about resume items and behavioral questions, as well as describing what they do on a daily basis. No technical questions. Heard back in about 2-3 business days.
