Great interview process - kind people that seem to genuinely align with the company culture. Completely behavioral with a dive into your resume, no technical questions in the interview process. I would have preferred an in person opportunity however with the current climate Zoom is all that we could manage.

I met the NGC pathways employees at my school's career fair and signed up to receive a link for an interview there. However, I never got an email. An employee I met at the career fair wrote me a referral and I think that was how I got an interview. They invited me to their Power Day interview at the BWI location and it was just a behavioral interview.
