Interview
Fast but condescending interview. She kept wishing me good luck. I wasn't given the opportunity to present my self. I think she already filled the position and conducted my interview just for the form.

Interview
Straightforward process, starting with a recruiter screen followed by a panel interview over Teams. Everyone was very responsive and engaged throughout all of the communication points. The panel interview questions felt very canned, and they asked for canned responses in the STAR format. Made it really tough to read how well I thought I did, but ended up getting an offer a few days later. I give the whole thing a negative review because the best offer they said they could make was substantially lower than the range that they listed in the job posting.
