Applied online at college career fair. The whole process had a grand total of 1 phone interview. The questions were basic procedural behavior questions and no technical questions. The interview was easy. They don’t ask any tech questions. It was 3 people in a panel in zoom. They just talk about your background. After week or so I got the offer.
Not many technical questions. If any, they were simple and were fishing to see how I reacted and to determine my thought process.
Was more conversational. Only two people in the call.
