HR phone screen, and then an hour "technical panel" phone screen where they finished asking they technical questions in the first 30 minutes. It was pretty high level stuff. Very nice people though. HR was really direct about the pay grade and potential sign on bonus. HR called me the day after to give me a hint of an offer, and then have me the verbal offer the next day.
