I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Linthicum, MD) in Mar 2021
Interview
Submitted resume, HR got back asking questions via email. I answered the questions and HR forwarded answers to Hiring Manager who had scheduled 1 hour interview. Lots of behavioral and some technical questions. I wrote down all questions.
Some questions were very vague, the hiring manager was very rude and gave off the vibe of not caring, and kept interrupting in between answers every minute or two.
The hiring manager seemed lost at times asking odd questions.
She asked me about 'night vision goggles listed on my resume,' and I was very confused because I don't know whether she was busy looking at someone else's resume during interview or whether she was actually working on something else during the interview because I knew nothing about night vision goggles.
Overall a negative interview because I think that the hiring manager did not really want to do the interview as candidates were already selected but had to.

Question 1
1) How would you handle 2 projects simultaneously? 2) What if both project managers started at same time and wanted you to get it done?
3) What would you do if both are high priority?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Oct 2023
Interview
Straightforward process, starting with a recruiter screen followed by a panel interview over Teams. Everyone was very responsive and engaged throughout all of the communication points. The panel interview questions felt very canned, and they asked for canned responses in the STAR format. Made it really tough to read how well I thought I did, but ended up getting an offer a few days later. I give the whole thing a negative review because the best offer they said they could make was substantially lower than the range that they listed in the job posting.

If you weren’t approved to spend more than $10k and needed to push an order through valued at $11k would you do it.
Was fairly straightforward, want someone who has similar experience. Overall was not a hard process and the hiring manager sounded nice. Looking for someone with enough experience or a degree within supply chain
