Interview
I had an Interview during the middle of COVID. It was over the phone so I never met my boss or co workers until I officially started. I thought the interview process was pretty similar to others I’ve had. They asked me questions, got to know me, and I got to know them as best as I could over the phone.

Interview
The interviewers were okay. Most of the questions are behavioral questions. I sent out a follow-up letter and they never got back to me. They probably don't have time to do so. However, I think this is also a part of their job.

Interview
Interview process was a good mix of conversation as well as technical questions, diving in to past experience and talking about how you would be a good fit for the role. They asked a couple intentionally vague questions to get a feel for my thought process and problem solving process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Easy process. A recruiter reached out through email, and then followed up with a phone screen. I was pushed forward to a phone interview with two of the hiring managers. They asked me about my professional background and some general questions about my personal goals. Both mgrs were very nice and encouraging. I was notified a couple weeks later by the recruiter that they were moving forward to an offer.
