Interview
Competence based interview, panel of two covering mixture of behavioural and technical competency based questions. Felt like a fair assessment, with a good amount of time allocated for the interview.
Interviewed over the phone. Interviewed claimed to be having a bad day and seemed disinterested or tired during the interview. This definitely effected the interview process and job placement. The other interviewer was much more attentive and communicative.
