Interview
It was very straightforward, it was only one round with the actual hiring manager (Not HR). Went over my resume and how I would fit at NG. Very conversational and easy, some questions about what technologies I was familiar with but nothing crazy. I heard back in 3 days, they mentioned all throughout the process how they are looking to grow.
It was a panel interviwe with a team. They ask basic behavioral STAR questions like tell me about a time. Simple technical questions asking about past projects. Some theory was thrown into there.
Was overall a great interview. The guy didn't ask any technical questions just about my experience and projects I've worked on (something I can talk about for a while). Haven't heard back yet. Hoping things go well!
