I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Huntsville, AL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Quick and easy, I applied for the position and was immediately contacted for a phone interview. Job offer came soon after. Very fast and efficient. I am sure it depends on sectors and teams, but I found them to be very fast and efficient.
There was a short video call with a hiring manager. They were very friendly, mostly walked through your resume, asked you some behavioral based questions, and asked about you (hobbies, school, etc).
Amazing process, smooth and recruiter scheduled them very well. Definitely have your resume known inside and out. The technicals were medium difficulty, Be as well spoken as you can, iterate your points clearly.
