I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Palmdale, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a great interview, but I have applied to more than 200+ jobs with Northrop (not over exaggerating in the least). This was the first time I got past a process with several interviews just to not get anywhere with them. However, this particular interview went well and I was over qualified so referred to another role, which again resulted in run around.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Mar 2022
Interview
Took about month before I was called for an interview. Interview was scheduled within days and was over the phone. I interviewed with the hiring manager. Only a few behavioral questions were asked, it was more of a get to know you type interview. Lasted about 45 min. An offer was made in just over 3 weeks without the need for multiple rounds of interviews.
