I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Northside Hospital (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2021
Interview
I will say it was a long process. I had four interviews total. The first with the recruiter, then a panel phone interview with my two managers, then an in person interview with them, and lastly an in person interview with my two managers and their superior. Each interview went great and everyone was kind and answered all my questions.

What are some data variances you dealt with at your other job?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northside Hospital (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2024
Interview
Straightforward and to the point. There were more behavioral questions and some technical. The interviewer was nice and I was offered feedback after I had done the interview. There is a survey u need to complete as well that assesses your personality.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northside Hospital (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2024
Interview
1 phone screening interview with recruiter (the recruiter was the only decent person I talked to). 2nd interview was a phone interview with 2 managers (one did not show up). Last interview was with 5 members of the team and lasted 2 hours. 4 of them seemed very unenthusiastic from the start. The position was simple and so were the questions. After about 2 weeks, I received an automated email saying a wasn't selected. I reached back out to the recruiter (once again the only decent person) for feedback, and the only feedback I received was a lot of corporate talk. There's more I'd like to say about the interviews, but Glassdoor would probably not allow it. Overall, waste of time.
3 interviews, 1 via phone and 2 in person. First was with the recruited and then I meant with the two senior analysts on the team then the manager.
As this was my first job in Finance I was asked about skills I learned in school and why I switched to a finance role.
