Phone interview given by recruiter, mostly asked questions about myself. Most of the questions were basic interview questions, the recruiter was extremely nice and easy to talk to, and after I answered questions about myself she then described what the program is like.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
