They basically just see if your willing to hand over all your contacts for an internship. Ask you to make a list of all the people you could call to set up a meeting about financial advising. Don't give them that list.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
