4 step interview process. Basic interview questions. 3 interviews with recruiters and then a phone call with an advisor that is already in your roll. Very friendly and outgoing is the preferred personality traits. Also competitive people with a desire to grow.

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
