I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview was less than 20 minutes. They asked pretty basic questions about what Northwestern mutual does and some personal questions about yourself. Like what you like to do in your free time
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
