There was an introductory call which consisted of a powerpoint describing the company, as well as you reading your resume. Following that was a second call (which I assume was the interview) in which you had to ask the representative questions.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
