I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2014
Interview
3 part process that requires you to do 3 one on one interviews with one of the recruiters which entails a presentation with the final interview being with your potential mentor.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
