A few rounds, basically the typical sales internship sample questions. Mostly one on ones and the occasional bigger group interview. They really focused on self motivation and wants everyone to be able to feel comfortable cold calling.

Explain when you were in an uncomfortable situation and how you managed to solve the issue.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
