3 interviews. More informational. 1st one to determine if you're just easy to talk to and goal-oriented. 2nd to talk about day-to-day and job functions. 3rd about benefits and compensation... Trying to hype you up.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
