I came in for three separate interviews over the span of a few weeks where they got to know my personality and other qualities. The first two interviews were one on one talks with two different employees of Northwestern, and the last interview was a brief presentation that I gave about why I wanted to work at Northwestern Mutual, and what my plan of action was for getting started in the industry.

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
