I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern University (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process is fairly straightforward. Apply for the job. You get an email response expressing interest in a few weeks. You respond back and set up a date for an in-person interview. Once you're interviewed by the manager, and they like you, you're introduced to the staff on the same day and then meet with the PI of the study if all goes well. In the meantime reference checks are completed. The offer letter is made via email and confirmed only after a background check.
