Had two different jobs I 2nd interviewed for and then shadowed for a few hours. 1st job they hired someone else after I was told I had the job. But then they set me up with a different clinic where I interviewed twice then shadowed. I waited 4 weeks with out hearing anything back. I’ve emailed and called and still haven’t heard anything from them. Checked my status the other day and it was changed from interviewing to no longer in process. Now when ever I apply it is always auto declined it seems. My references where also never checked. It was a complete waste of my time. This was over 3 months. Recruiter never called back or emailed. Terrible.
