Phone screen was completed nearly three weeks after application was submitted, and I was told that I would hear back by end of the following week. That was five weeks ago, and despite reaching out via email and phone to follow-up, I have received no response and the online candidate space still reflects that I am "under review with manager". This is a common issue that multiple friends of mine have had with their interview process.

Very confusing and disappointing experience. Immediately received a rejection, but then was called 2 hours later for an interview. First interview was fine. I hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks so I reached back out and found that they "forgot" to send me a second round interview. That went well. Third went well. I hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks so I checked in again. I was told I would be getting a follow up call in the next day or two. Emailed after a week, no response. Emailed again two weeks later, no response. Finally rejected 6 weeks after my 3rd interview. When I interviewed, they said that they provide feedback for no hires.
