I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Norton Healthcare (Louisville, KY) in Dec 2022
Interview
Interview was quick, efficient and informative. Questions answered. Follow up was timely. However I was told nurses had ancillary staff like phlebotomy. That was not true. No phlebotomy and I never saw an admission nurse.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you forgot to do something and how you handled it
Very easy two step process. First one with recruiter second with manager! They were quick to call after submitting job application which I can appreciate! The recruiter asked more if the interview questions then the manager did.
