I have applied for 5 positions over the span of a month and simply kept following up with a recruiter, only to be ignored. When I checked my application status on the portal, the same day I had emailed about a follow up on a position, they put me under 'no longer considered'. Took a week just to find out I STILL didn't get the job, and with no communication at that. Another position I applied for here is for outpatient, AGAIN, no communication, and has been over two weeks still showing as 'interviewing'. The recruiter pretends to cheerlead you, until they just ghost you, seemingly. The managers I interviewed for the outpatient position, specifically, were very cold and not paying attention at all. I'm honestly starting to think that they're one of these "fake posting" companies, because how do I keep getting interviews back to back- yet I follow up and have now reached a point of no response. *Just to note, the recruiter even reached out to me about the openings after I did not get the first job I applied for.*

Had a phone interview first. Had a zoom call with a completely different person that was not who I was suppose to interview with. I didn’t really like the vibe of the person I interviewed with the person was very bland and made it seem like I was taking to much of their time the interview was very rushed. It lasted maybe 15 minutes. Manger gave me a run down of the position asked me 2 questions and that was it. I read the reviews and they weren’t very positive about management so I would say I dodged a bullet! People feed off of energy and the manager did not give off a good vibe at all.
