I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Norton Healthcare (Louisville, KY) in Jan 2016
Interview
The 1st interview via phone, second with Chief of Clinical Services, and a follow up with fellow practice managers. Telephone interviewer was less professional than she should have been. She directly told me that the clinic staff has major team structure issues.
First there was an interview with a recruiter, then there was a Zoom interview with hiring manager, then there was an in person interview with clinic employees where you could have a tour of the facility.
