It was about a 25 minute phone interview. Overall, it was the casual conversation. It started like most every other interview would be face to face. Tell me about yourself, tell me why you would like the job, and why did you apply for this job. Do your research about your job that you're applying for. Initially had a recruiter phone interview, then had an interview via zoom with 3 people panel (a couple peers and manager). Both lasted 30-45 minutes. The entire process lasted about 3 weeks from first interview to offer.

The manager asked me a few questions. Then told me about the specific facility. Told me what I should expect. Then he explained what the training process was like. Lastly he expressed his philosophy about being kind to people.
