Initial communication was from HR, inviting me to an interview after a basic telephonic round. Interview was with a member of the HR team and a Senior Recruitment Advisor. Fairly formal, but I was asked about previous experience and had the opportunity to have a semi-formal conversation about the Recruitment Advisor's previous employer, who was also mine.
