A Telephone Interview
And an Assessment Centre consisting of, a group negotiation task, an individual task with an assessor, and a partner interview

Smooth recruitment process (March to April for Internship in June):
- 1st round: written test (translation of legal documents - both Chinese to English and English to Chinese)
- 2nd round: 1:1 HR interview (CV-based and behavioural questions)
