Having applied I was then emailed asking if I could speak to one of their HR team. A time was arranged to speak, but the interviewer was unable to find my number, making her late for the call. We then had a quick chat, and on the basis of this I was told my application would go no further. I was told no feedback would be given, making the whole process pointless. Following this, I saw the job re-advertised a week later.
