Had a telephone interview interview with two people in the marketing team. It was relatively informal and seemed to go well. Spoke to their HR team, who contacted me to provide feedback, and all seemed very positive. However then had to chase for an update and was told they were still completing first rounds but they would definitely be in touch. I didn't hear back again and only know the role was filled through a recruitment agency. I understand that I wasn't right for the role but to not let me know or be honest with the feedback was very disappointing.
