It was a long process. Multiple rounds of interviews from the application stage, to the video interview. to the assessment centre. Then on the vacation scheme, consistently having to be engaged, asking questions, motivated, and also preparing for interviews along the way, and doing work for supervisors was a lot.

Completed an online test then had a short telephone interview. After that had a final assessment centre with a group task, case study, and partner interview. The partner interview was tough and it seemed as though they wanted to push you.

Very quick. A 20 min phone interview. they only asked 4 or 5 questions. A mix of commercial, about the company, why law, and competency. I they had quite a few of the phone interviews
