An assessment day (online). 5 hours split into a morning of interviews and an afternoon of a group task. All interviewers were very friendly, and the task was structured well to ensure all candidates had opportunities to get involved. They did however, have more people in the assessment day that had a year or more of full time work experience (after graduating) in a corporate role, than those that were currently in uni or had just graduated, which did feel slightly unfair.
