Il colloquio è stato disorganizzato: l'HR era distratto, ha posto domande irrilevanti, ignorava il mio CV e ha interrotto continuamente. Sembrava impreparato e poco interessato alla mia candidatura. Inoltre non ho ricevuto alcun feedback.

The interview has been made in english for a vacancy in milan. The HR were professional and the interview didn’t take long. They asked many questions to value my motivation but the all process wasn’t stressful. Generally speaking, all went smooth and I don’t complain. In the end I didn’t get the job but back then I was fully committed on other projects and couldn’t undertake this job offering.
