Very slow interview process. They start by having you speak with in-house recruitment team which takes weeks to hear back from if they are going to move forward with an interview or not.

Very general questions out front, mostly about your desire to work for their firm specifically.

Interview
General with a test on knowledge about a specific market area, and to assess interest about job scope and knowledge about company. Also tested on personality and past records and experience and thoughts about favourite areas of interest.
