phone interview was lasting about 15 mins, based on experience and expectations from the position...assessment day took about 4 hours, 3 types of tasks including spelling corrections tasks and role play...overall is very positive experience, interviewers were very polite, nice, friendly people ... I overstressed a lot at the day of assessment but later on felt like the event gave me a great experience for upcoming interviews ...
