It was a fairly normal and easy process. There was an initial phone screen then a phone screen with HR, then a phone screen with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview. The weird part was I was only introduced to the management team, they didn't get a chance to interview me or I them.

Interview consisted of a question phone screen with HR, then a teams meeting with the site head. Got invited to tour and met with a few people. Went to lunch after the interview. Things seemed to go well but suddenly was ghosted.
