I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nova Ltd. (Taipei) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview started with a self-introduction, followed by a few aptitude and personality assessments. After that, the interviewer introduced the job responsibilities and the team, and we discussed my previous work experience and how it relates to the position. Overall, the interview process was straightforward and conversational.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nova Ltd. in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process itself was very well constructed and timely. The company was responsive and well organized for the most part, besides the recruiter self admittedly "jumping the gun" on setting me up for interviews with department head and company president, to cancel them less than an hour later without calling. I did three interviews, first with the FSE team lead, second with an HR rep, third with the FSE manager. The team lead unfortunately had the habit of asking me potentially discriminatory questions(planning on having/number of children/married etc), however I did not feel as if it was with malicious intent and was more due to a cultural difference and an attempt to explain benefits. The HR rep was knowledgeable about the numbers and benefits, and explained that training would normally be in Israel, but is not for the foreseeable future. Though I did not get the role I have overall a positive view of the company based on their process.
