easy interviewing and hiring process; awful job not worth the stress for the little amount you make; was trained for 5 days then was left on my own and was basically told "good luck"
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Novacare Rehabilitation (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
A pretty quick/standard HR type phone interview followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was very professional, however it was also easy-going at the same time and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. There's a big emphasis on customer service in this role, and the interview process seemed more to gauge personality/fit for this kind of position, and that you truly wish to help patients and work as a team with the therapists and admin staff to do so.
