Interview
I was referred by a physical therapist already on staff. After completing the online application and survey I went in to interview with the Head PT/Manager at the clinic. We just casually chatted while he worked with a patient. After that I was asked to collect 7+ references through a third party website. Once I was officially offered a position I was connected with an HR rep to fill out onboarding paperwork and had to complete a urinalysis drug screen. THC popped up on my screen (it is legal recreationally where I live) and my job offer was rescinded.

Interview
I got called in for a temp job, but it ended up being a permanent job. I was asked a few questions about my work ethics, patient care, what I would do in a stressful situation, and how I felt about long days and diversity.
I got a call back a few days later. I was trained on the job.
