I applied to one position, did the virtual interview but was not chosen because of the gap in my experience. The recruiting team contacted me and told me to apply to another position. Two days later, I was invited to do a virtual interview. I completed the interview by 3:30pm and received a call from HR at 6:30pm with an offer. This was a very quick and easy process.
Quick interview with nurse manager. Asked straight forward questions and took the time to ask me questions too. Be able to explain why you want to be CNA and your goals for patient care.
