Interview
Initial interview with HR. Typical interview, typical questions, engaging interviewer and easy to talk to - know the company and its mission before walking in. Be prepared for behavioral questions and answers and be able to specifically defend resume with valid real life examples and numbers. Second interview with hiring manager, did not say but a few words as she talked the entire time. She had canned questions, on a form she created, asked questions and wrote down answers on sheet. Easy second interview.
