they ask questions that they really want to hear you praise other people not say anything about your self. they wanted to hear bad things about your last employer it seemed , which i as not going to do

Good interview. Communicated pros of the hospital and expectations. Still waiting to hear back but it hasn't been a week yet. Would recommend. Faculty was great. Nothing negative to say.
There was one phone interview with a third party hiring company, they asked simple general question along with situational questions then they scheduled an in person meeting with my manager. Very simple and easy process!
